  • I run with weights that strap on to my wrists and thumb (kinda like a glove) . it makes for a nice balance and my hands are still free.... i do notice a difference.
  • I would talk to your child's doctor about it.. have your child'd dad attend the appointment so that he hears the same information that you do. If the doctor has concerns about your child's weight he can give you both ideas on how to handle it. and this way your ex is getting the information from the doctor, not you...…

  • I made the same mistake and bought a HRM that was only a touch sensor... luckily i realized with in the first week of having it that it was a POS.. so i took it back and bought one with a chest strap . I love the HRM I have now!!!

  • I do cardio every day and strength every other... I only work out 1 time a day but it is always for 45 min or more.

  • I always eat my calories back(well sometimes i have left over cals... but those are on days when i just don't have a big appetite)... but I am not trying to lose weight anymore.. I am trying to maintain my current weight and build muscle and just get nice and toned :-)

I am a stay at home mom.. hubby leaves around 6am, I am busy busy buys all day long.... by the time he gets home at 5 i need to have dinner ready and then i am too tired to go workout.. or what if i do workout in the evening and then cant get to sleep on time...   • butterflys... correct me if i'm wrong... but they are when you lay on back, knees bent ...feet under knees, with a set of dumb bells ( 3-5lbs)... stretch your arms out to the sides palms up.. elbows slightly bent.. and keeping arms just slightly bent bring hands together over your chest.. make sure you keep the dumb bells…

I have mixed it into a homemade raspberry,strawberry icy; stawberry, yogurt smoothy; or i put it in my oatmeal or my morning coffee.. so many options and it actually tastes good... and it doesn't float to the top of your drink…
