I always eat my desserts with a baby fork (pie, cake, pudding,ice cream etc) never a spoon always a baby fork LOL I have always done this, not quiet sure why.. but now my excuse is it makes it last longer... I get less weird looks that way hehehehehe

ripped in 30 is much more of a challenge and i think you get faster results as far as muscle tone and abs :-)

Great feedback and I was actually going to designate tomorrow as a rest day :-) but I think making it a stretch day is an even better idea :-) I will come up with a good stretch routine and post it tonight. and I will try to mix up the food goals as well. Thanks again and great job finishing todays challenge :-)

done with todays challenge! it was awesome!!! I pushed myself and did 80 jacks and 50 star jumps.. i did 40 squats with a 9lb bar on my shoulders and 40 lunges: 30 with 5 pound weights while doing bicep curls and 10 regular with no weights. Days not over but I will have drank atleast 2liters of water if not more for fruits…

LMAO apparently I can't read and I thought this challenge was for today.. Thursday. Treadmill and total gym are at the top of my list, then there is new dumbbells, kettlebell, new zumba dvds new gym bag really my entire christmas list consists of health and fitness things LOL I think it bothers some of my family but oh well!!! It is what makes me happy :-)

I use hot sauce, crushed red peppers anything spicy on most all of my dishes. It does help to increase metabolism and it helps to curve appetite :-)

yes it happens to me on occasion.... I don't understand why it happens but then again I never looked into it. I get them mostly on my thighs when I do a hardcore lower body workout..
