I usually do a small wave and smile, and I usually get some sort of nod/wave directed at me as well. I remember once these group of guys (who weren't running, just walking) decided to cheer me on screaming "YOU CAN DO IT. KEEP IT UP!"

I prefer wheat bread for the taste, but I baked white bread yesterday from scratch and it is absolutely amazing! As long as you're only eating a couple of slices a day, it's quite easy to make bread fit into your macros. I personally see no real reason to cut out bread completely, but I just love bread...

I love listening to video game soundtracks when I work out, or drum and bass. Currently I've been listening to the soundtrack for resogun and it's great!

I had a slice of homemade vegetarian pizza. The crust and sauce were both homemade, and the toppings were fresh green pepper, onion, and black olives. It was delicious (and it took me 4+ hours to make the other day)

I feel your pain as a 4'11 woman. Around 1600 is my maintenance! The days I want to eat a lot, I just have to work out longer to balance it out. Seeing my friends' diaries where they are eating 1800-2000+ is like "wow. lucky you!"

No potato chips and french fries? If that works for you...lol. Potatoes are my favorite food. My tip would be to eat whatever you want, just make sure to make it fit. But if you want that ice cream/cookie/fries/beer/whatever, go have it. Just make sure to log it!

I'm 4'11 and my goal weight is 100 pounds. Currently I'm at 110. I might be happy with 105 though.

Mine actually seem bigger. I think I'm closer to a C now than a B. I've lost weight, but my friends say that my chest is more noticeable, lol. Edit: I think maybe it's just that I've lost fat around my rib cage, maybe. I honestly don't know.

Exactly ^ My maintenance caloric intake is about 1550. I'm shorter than the rest of you...I'm 4'10.5-4'11, my GW is 100 and my CW is 111.5 I know I could probably get down below 100 and still be considered healthy but at this point it just sounds ridiculous. Under 100 would make me sound like I'm a kid.
