Yum (and only Granada, Spain.) Lamb.

Sweet McCloud. And for six months, you must be floating. Like on a cloud.
-
Give these a shot. I program these after all the barbell work I do, swapping one for the other every other week. STRAIGHT-ARM PULLDOWN SEATED ONE-ARM CABLE PULLEY ROWS
-
Not a lunge lover either. I do them anyway.

Well I did my numbers today and after roughly 6 to 8 weeks bulking I clock in at 200 lbs and 11.1% bf (Previously 196 lbs and 10.2% bf) of all American, Midwest-Bred, Corn-Fed, Male. My GW is to hit 205 by the end of March and I guess this is a lean bulk. Think I should tweak anything? Or full-speed ahead?

It's all about balance isn't it? I'm not much of runner, but man does fitness keeps me happy.

Admit ignorance and keep learning, asking, and cross-check references. How else?
-
lol I'm finding that my lack of science disturbing.

Get that chest up! Nice lift!

I'm a few years older than you and I gotta tell you that fatigue does set in. Or I am just old and its par. Anyway, I have to call my doctor about a v-procedure anyway, I think I am going to request this. Thank you for sharing this - I didn't know you had to specifically request it.

Black Flag "Rise Above."

How did I miss the new Godflesh album that came out in October? I don't even...
-
I guess I didn't have a "full" panel then.

Thanks much. That's kinda what I thinking.. wasn't sure on the T and if that T was part and parcel of the TSH. It was only the only test I received that was roughly hormone related.
-
I had a full blood panel early last month as well as physical. The only flag I got what I may be slightly anemic (and from what I read being anemic is like being pregnant - either you are or not.) Despite that, what am I looking for in regards to T count within my results? Is it the "TSH WITH REFLEX FT4" test? tia
-
lol. Is it good? If it wasn't rest I need between sets I'd wouldn't have to worry about tv invading my workout time. Thankfully, the bluetooth ear buds are shoved in pretty tight.

There used to be a website about all the fraud associated with Browne, but since that old grief vampire died, I don't see it up any more.

This is fun too. Pseudoscience promoter Dr. Oz’s Twitter Q&A was a magnificent train wreck "If i get flu shot again, should i expect double autism, or is the one from last year gone and i will just get new one? #OzsInbox #skeptic"
-
You can read about Dr. Oz chicanery until you're blue in the face on Orac's blog.

Infotainment. More entertainment than vetted information. I'd add the twenty-four hour news channels to this too. I avoid them all, but can't completely since they are on infinite repeat - even at the gym.

Lock up your daughters.

Nice job! And good luck on attempting a hondo this weekend too!

Hey sorry to hear about your injury, but look at you now, you are loving strength training, the gains you make, and the weekly PRs which keep you coming back for more. Hopefully you'll find a way to incorporate strength training once your hooves are healed. Once winter settles in, I only run to the gym.

LOVE (1) DL: Because lift heavy. (2) Bench: Because lift heavy (3) Squats: Because lift heavy (Bonus) Standing rear delt flys/spider curls: the pump. *No particular order HATE: (1)Lat Pulldowns: Too easy to cheat, get out of form and wreck something and limited by pre-installed weight (2) Upright rows: Dumb exercise and…
-
I made one small tweak to my bench last week and its made all the difference, and its something I wasn't doing form-wise that I used to do. Now I can get back to really pressing the weight up once again. Not all benches are created equal - and I somehow forgot that.
-
Then it's all about your programming to get you there. Good luck!

Very cool!

I think 15 is more than reasonable. You should be able to nail that dead nuts.
