May be both! :laugh: :flowerforyou: Sorry, just had to. I am a product of the 70's. My hearing is not 100%. Too many concerts and being a heavy equipment operator for many years. I can't imagine what it would be like to lose all your hearing. I try to keep my volume under control now.... try, there are just some songs!

All of the above makes sense. You can also add more fiber. One thing that helps me is when I can, I brush my teeth as soon as I'm done eating. Or like someone said, chew gum. I think it tell my body that I'm finish.
