  • I laced my cross-trainers like this and really like the snug fit. I no longer have to tie them with a double knot. The laces are harder to loosen for removal, though.

  • I really like the 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts. I also liked p90X but was not in good shape when I did that and it got too tough and long but the cueing and pace were great. Didn't like Turbo Jam but I'm not a dance-y person. I won't do Shakeology just because there are cheaper alternatives.

  • D21/R1 Dirty 30 done!! I'm increasing my weights and now able to do the full minute of one legged squats, each leg! I skipped yesterday and felt like garbage all day. No coincidence, I didn't eat well either. It's amazing how exercise has such a positive effect on my day.

  • Tsikkz, that sounds like something that worked well for me while I was in Overeaters Annonymous. I would call fellow members just to get out of my head and by the end of the conversation, the urge to binge was gone. The same happens if I just get out amongst people. I love window shopping for this reason!
