Found a Polar HRM at Target on clearance!
On an end cap in the sports section, where they sell exercise DVDs, I found a Polar FT1 on clearance for $14.99, down from $59.99! The reviews on Amazon were decent, it's a basic HRM but probably a great starter for most beginning exercisers. Just an FYI, if you'll be shopping at Target soon.

Substitute for P90X's Ab Ripper?
I just finished day #1 of P90X...with major modifications. Day 1 calls for the Ab Ripper workout which I could barely do. I have trouble with those moves that require simultaneous lifting of the upper and lower body. Does anyone have a 15-20 minute ab workout DVD they like that doesn't use such moves? TIA!
