Inspirational video on Youtube

My bootcamp instructor recommended this youtube video to her classes. It's fantastic! Be aware, I tried to download the mp3 file using the link at the top of the comments section and I think it messed up my computer. The video is fine, I've been playing it like 10 times a day on my ipod and TV but that mp3 download has issues so steer clear of the download.

Oh, and I promise you're not about to be Rick Rolled. (The last time I checked an MFP'ers recommended video it was Rick, LOL).

I know, right? Glad you liked it! I am going to print that saying out and post it on the inside of my kitchen cabinets...and somewhere I'll see it first thing in the morning.

I don't take the eating and sleeping parts literally but I think it's not meant to be taken literally. C'mon, Beyonce didn't eat for 3 days? Get real. But I do love that video.
