Four miles again today. 39 down 61 to go. Now that I'm less wobbly I'm going to dust off my ipod and get some books on there, Alex has really inspired me. I always used to walk whilst listening to the Fat to Fit podcast which I found motivational. Happy walking everyone.

I'm back. Still in a little discomfort following last weeks surgery but ready to get out for a proper walk today. I've been going on short, gentle strolls but not logged the miles so I'm just going to take it from there I was. I'm going to try and complete five miles today and will report back later. Cut down on the sodium, get a lot more green vegetables in and drink plenty of water. Looking at your diary I expect that most if not all of the weight gain is water weight. Take care.
