My best NSV so far is when I was walking at the track my friend that meets me there didn't recognize me. She said "You are not so bootylicious anymore, I didn't know that was you!" LOL

Never thought of it until now, but I do have a goal of 8-10lbs in Nov and Dec. I decided to work my but off at the beginning of the month so I can try to lose the bulk of my weight. I don't know but even if I go crazy I'm still going to work out.
