I would like to join the challenge. SW as of 8/24 is 197.1 lbs Goal for September is 190 lbs Self Challenge is to exercise at least 45 min. 4-5 times a week.

I tried it, it's filling the Choclate is better in my opinion than the Greenberry, but both flavors are tolerable. It's just too expensive to keep up.

Everyone loses weight differently, try taking you measurements more often instead of weighing yourself. You might be losing a lot of inches. I think I'm doing pretty good I started MFP 4 weeks ago and within that time I've lost 15 lbs. I want to lose another 30 by Christmas, so that's what I'm concentrating on. SW 212 CW 197

I eat hummus everyday with veggies or Special K chips, it is so filling and I've read on WebMD, that yes the protein in it is sufficient enough to replace meat. Sabra has the little travel size.

My favorite snack is Special K cracker chips (sea salt) and Sabra classic hummus.. I love chips and I get to eat a lot and the calories are not too high.

Your diary looks really good, but yes your breakfast or lunch should be your heaviest meal unless you are exercising late. What are you doing for exercise??
