having a hard time getting in all the required protein this past week, been super busy, eating at strange times...anyway weigh in was today and I was up 1 pound. im a bit confused....i meet with a trainer twice a week now, and have since the middle of march, it is only 1/2 hr sessions, but i was under the impression that i am doing resistance training already..........she has me on some of the machines, assisted pull ups, legs, squats, cables, dumb bells, and some mat work, sit ups…

I am a popcorn junkie!! if you took a look at my diary, you will see this!! I found that I originally was measuring with a 1/4 cup measuring cup, and using 2 of them, I also use about 2 tsp of olive oil. what I found is that because I love popcorn so much, I would fill that darn measuring cup up as full as it would go..and…
