I am also on a 1200 calorie a day limit... If you need to raise your calories a few hundred there wont be a significant amount of change in your weight loss... Also what I do is work out at night so I can sneak in a late night snack packed with protein when I finish my workout.

Look and make sure you diet is on point. Processed foods are not good. Sodium levels can make you retain water and it may seem like your not losing. When you work out are you doing weight training? A lot of green veggies have low calories and can be quite filling. I would stay away from processed foods like 'breakfast bars' (even i am guilty of eating them unfortunately) Also yogurt is another tasty filling snack.

Like most Fad Diets. They work. But they can harm your body. Watch what you eat and exercise. This will work just as well, maybe not in '17 days' but the results will be better and might actually stick.

I am 5'8 and my goal weight is between 130-140lbs. Anywhere in there would make me happy. I was at 145ish 2 years ago and still looked a little heavy so I figure a few less pounds and a little weight training and I would look just fine.

I would love to lose between 6-10 pounds a month up until the first day of classes in the fall. Anywhere between 25-40 lbs would be awesome! I would love to join ya'll

Calories are hateful and mean. You can eat back not eat back. eat to much or eat to little. I think eating a few more calories here and a little under there is ok. Personally I do not eat back my exercise calories. And that is because I can't eat after I go to the gym it makes me sick. In my opinion if a person has MFP and…

Protein is good for your body so going over a little isn't bad! But you want to stay as close to your caloric goal as possible to make your metabolism work at 100%

The calorie counters on the machines at my gym seem a bit crazy. But if I put in my time and the machine in MFP the number of calories easily doubles from what the machine said. So it is hard for me to tell which one is more correct or if they are both off their rockers.

I dislike most ice cream in scoop form. Now shakes are different I can't stay away from them. I also hate anything pertaining to BBQ. Put BBQ on anything and I wont eat it. I love to eat protein bars for snacks. But the calories may kill your overall calorie intake. Rice Cakes Shrimp Chips- they are these really weird Thai chips. I weigh 170lbs and I am 5'8 I'm taking in anywhere between 15-20g to much everyday.

I am 5'9 and my current weight is 170 and wear a size 11. My goal weight is 130lbs. My lowest weight was senior year at 140-145. My doctor said I should've lost about 5-10lbs instead I gained 30lbs! I would love to fit back into my "skinny jeans" at a size 7.
