Over in my Protien

Hey im new to MFP and today I am over in the protien field but under in my calories. Is this a bad thing?

    Protein is good for your body so going over a little isn't bad! But you want to stay as close to your caloric goal as possible to make your metabolism work at 100%

    Not at all bad.
    As long as your overall cals are near your goal you're fine.
    I'd adjust your goals some if its a daily issue, and up your protein %.
    The protein is gonna help minimize muscle loss while dropping weight.

    i agree i've just changed mine! upped my protien and feel much happier!
