So wait a minute...when you set up your goals and put in how much exercise you PLAN on doing...it takes that into account already in the calories you should eat...so really you would only need eat anything you exercise above that goal you set? I was just basing on what I put into MFP. There was no Zumba selection so I picked dancing...aerobic etc. I will use my HRM next time. I have a Bodybugg but the subscription expired. :(
