I know from experience the toughest strides you have to walk alone to make. It's difficult and for me, when I'm in a dark place mentally, I want to eat of course. But I think even in being alone, we are together in the feelings we feel and the struggles we face.

I just started working from home 2 weeks ago and have already started gaining some weight just from the added convenience of snacking. How do you structure your eating to avoid too much snacking?

What I have also noticed is that, although something like vodka has calories, it has 0 g fat, 0 g carbs, and 0 g protein. So, my question is, where do these calories go?!
