Yes you can do squats, lunges, side lunges will all work the legs as well.

They will be limited, it helps to not eat the dessert you get with the meal plan you can trade that for a piece of fruit. Grab a water instead of soda, but also you will be walking alot so think about the calories you will be burning. Try not to binge eat with the yummy snacks, it will be hard. I also have a hard time with the side lunges, I dont know what it is. That's the only thing I stop on. I have noticed I can do push ups now!!

Thanks Everyone! I am eating at a deflict doing the TDEE-20% so around 1700 daily and not eating back an exercise calories. But I don't really have weight to loose, fat yes. I'm 23 5'6 and at 132, I just want a hott bod for the summer ;)
