Can someone help me calulate my maro's? PLEASE
I tried to do it, but it doesn't seem right. Protein I got 156g thats alot!! So I did something wrong! HELP Please. I am 23 weight 130 and 66in tall. I am strength training and workout 5x a week. I am trying to lose fat and gain muscles.

Protein Shakes
Hey everyone, I am wondering how many of you use a protein shake as a meal replacement? I don't but considering doing it. I have one a day after my workout. Then about an hour later I make myself some breakfast. Thoughts? Concerns? I am still eating around 1500 cals a day Keep in mind I am trying to tone up.

Haven't done it in 4 days!
So disappointed in myself, guess I should just start over. My life has been very busy with appointments and family events. Really want to get back to it!! Wish I could do it in the morning I just don't want to wake anyone with my jumping or noise.

Best Exercise to burn fat and gain muscle
My Fiance and I are fighting about this, I believe more cardio is better because we do still have more fat to lose. He thinks lifting and light cardio is better, because you still burn when your muscles are repairing themself. Thoughts?

Working out while sore
What are your thoughts about working out when you are so sore? I have been pushing though it but today my body is taking a hit. Should I be taking a break so my body can recover or keep pushing? Thanks

Fiber
Is there a such thing as to much Fiber? I tend to almost double what MFP tells me. Same with Protein. I was just wondering.

Love Handles..
I have had love handles my whole life, they never seem to go away! Anyone know of any exercises to help remove them? I am already running/cardio 3 times a week but not helping...
