I tried to do it, but it doesn't seem right. Protein I got 156g thats alot!! So I did something wrong! HELP Please.
I am 23 weight 130 and 66in tall. I am strength training and workout 5x a week. I am trying to lose fat and gain muscles.

That's not that high really! It comes in at 1.2 g per lb of body mass.
Typically, you want to aim for about 1 g per lb of lean body mass, or 0.8 g per lb of total body mass. So, somewhere around 100-110 g should be sufficient for you. But I've seen people target 1.5 g per lb total mass.0
