Is there a such thing as to much Fiber? I tend to almost double what MFP tells me. Same with Protein. I was just wondering.

Well, too much fibre can have effects on your bowel movement, same with protein... Ever heard about protein farts? No? I'd recommend a gas mask
However, honestly, it's great that you eat so much fibre and protein. Fibre is great for keeping your stomach working, and protein is the staple in order to actually buildmuscle and lose fat!

I eat 30-50 grams of fiber daily and no problems here0

Okay I have no problems really either. I have read you should drink more water to help digest it better. Thanks Guys!0
