You might try zoodles which are just noodles made from zucchini sliced in spiralizer or on a mandolin. They are excellent in my humble opinion. I'm having some tonight with homemade bone broth. Or try spaghetti squash :) There are several fresh pasta alternatives.

Wow it really changed your shape! I suppose it was a combination of the diet and exercise but you look great! I love squats and running stairs. Incline intervals are like the best thing ever for lifting and shifting :)

I'm with you guys! I'm absolutely into body building and my goal is to be 15-18% body fat by November of this year. A competition body without doing competitions. And Ernestine Shepherd-esque when I'm older :)

I try to keep it really simple. I have two 10 lb free weights. And I have a heavy body as well ;) I do squats, lunges, push ups, and curls with my weights. For push ups, I use the weights as leverage. I'm going to check out the title listed in the response above. I'd love to find some additional exercises.

Awesome job on the weight loss! I forget how much of a difference a 20 lb loss can make. I probably should've taken some before pictures. Yours are inspiring for sure :)

Congratulations on your weight loss! I joined MFP a while ago, but have only been actively using it for two weeks as well. I really like it. Makes it real easy to track nutrients and foods. Hope all is well with you :)
