You can try any but i like the new luvo all natursl dinners or the kashi. The regular dinners are fine for you according to my husbands doctor as long as it has 300 cals or less, under 700mg of sodium and over 10g of protein.

Dunkin donuts large iced coffee with mocha swirl blueberry and skim milk but this is still 280 calories

I used to but everyone frowned upon it growing up. I would rather have salmon, veggies and rice for breakfast than cereal or oatmeal.

When I stepped on the scale and I was still over 200lbs even after a year from having my third child. So I have lost 30 so far and plan to lose 30 more.

I am holding steady at 172 from 178 at the start of this challenge but I am okay with that because I turn 30 in May and weigh less now then in high school. So I'm happy with that.

Thank you everyone who wrote something. Bwogilvie you said journeys have ends so I am now looking at this as an adventure because they don't necessarily have endings. I just have to feel comfortable in my new body and forget what everyone else says.

Jan 1-174.8, Jan 9- 172.8, Jan 17- 174.8. So I went up 2 lbs but my drive and motivation went down big this week. Hopefully I can get back on track. I want to do this for myself and reach my goal 144. Everyone here's to a great week.

SW 174.8, CW 174.8 on jan 10th So I went down two pounds in a week and I am happy with that but I think this week I really need to add the gym in the mix.
