  • don't heel strike. Make it a conscious effort to walk from on the fore-mid section of your foot. When you heel strike, you send a shock up your leg, into your hips and lower back. Look up barefoot, or chi running.

  • Stay clear of tuna, and other seafoods. If it's been farmed raised, it's likely diseased. If it's from the pacific it's likely radiated from the Fukushima incident. I love tuna, but I won't go near the stuff now.
  • Have you noticed if there have been lot's of contrails in the sky? (trails left by jetplanes). If so, did they dissipate quickly, or sort of linger around, spread out making odd cloud formations?
