Î don't follow the traditional meal times ( breakfast/lunch/dinner) I graze throughout the whole day. Usually when I first wake up, I have several cups of tea and maybe an hour later some fruit and it goes on..

I've tried liking black coffee but I just can't! I can't handle black coffee taste.

I just drink a few cups of water and sometimes while I am getting ready, I will boil water and make myself a cup of herbal tea before I head out the door.

I'm 5.5'5 and around 115-119 pounds. I eat around 1600.

Fitness blender Is pretty cool! Try it out! The 30 day shred gets soo boring and repetitive and I find her quite annoying to be honest lol.

I totally get what you are saying without the last part! I actually feel the safest running in the dark in the morning than later in the evening. I get way more paranoid at night and I live right next to a huge cemetery and there happens to always be black cars parked in every corner with nobody inside them but the lights…

There's a store by me where I try to only go to when I'm desperate...they have a small container container of blueberries priced for $8.99! Regular size almond milk for almost $7.00! A 4 pack red apples for almost $12.50! Oh and they also prepare amoothies/juices and a small ( more like two fast gulps ) cup will run you…

dark chocolate is really good. Aim for a higher content cocoa percentage. it can satisfy your chocolate craving. A fruit salad is tasty and sweet:)

I eat variety fruits, veggies, legumes, nuts/nut butter, and some grains, quality dark chocolate, almond milk. I don't eat meat and rarely dairy.

Water. Stay extra hydrated! Consume plenty of rich fruits and vegetables. Stay away from excess oil drenched products and anything chemically processed/boxed.
