Are these drinks that you see posted on Facebook and Pinterest do they really work? Which one is the best if they do work?

They don't. It's total bunk. There's nothing a drink can do to "detox" that your kidneys, liver, lungs and digestive system don't do. The best they can do it help you up your water intake, if they make you drink more.

They don't work. Your body doesn't need a detox since your liver and kidneys work as a natural filtration system. Just make sure to stay hydrated and let your body do the rest.

What others said. But if you want a fun time, go on amazon and search sugar free gummy bears. It will take care of everything. ;)

The only drink that helps is whatever fluid you prefer to stay hydrated like water. Your kidneys (along with the liver and intestines) do the detoxing for you but you can make sure they work their best by staying well hydrated.

Assuming you are healthy, you're body detoxes itself. Those whose body's do not need dialysis. But a day or two of fasting can have a dramatic effect on how you feel. I often wonder if that's why people buy the detoxing thing.

Prune juice usually does the job for a fair cost.

That's sarcasm in case you're wondering.

The best " detox " is fasting.

    LOL!

OP - the best 'detox drink' is water. You can add all those yummy fruits and veggies to your drink, but they don't do anything more than add some extra flavors and vitamins. :) They're delicious, but not a magical cure for anything.

Unless you have a medical condition, your body detoxes on it's own - you don't need to do anything special. :flowerforyou:
