  • Gee Whiz! What she said ^^ Seriously, could not have said it better, it is all about portion control and that is where this website shines. Get a food scale, use measuring cups, etc. and log what you eat, this works, but only IF you work it.
  • I don't always; but quite often I do, I call it 'calorie budgeting'. And as someone else has said, I feel much less apprehensive when I eat because I'm not wondering if I am gonna put myself over the limit. And I agree with a previous poster, I will often juggle quantities and foods to allow for certain meals or snacks.
