I had toasted Cinnamon Raisin Bread with an egg and bacon as well as a fruit cup. The rest of the family will have ravioli with salad and pumpkin pie with cool whip for dessert

I like to workout in the morning. Seems to work best for me because once I start doing other thngs that need to be done last thing I want to do is go workout.

I tend to be hungrier on the days I don't work out as well. Drinking extra water usually helps!

Good job on your weight loss so far! Try maybe eating back half of your workout calories and see if that helps you get over the plateau.
