these can be very dry and chewy and may be better for you if you can get used to the texture difference.... the big change I have made is with the sprouted tortillas. they are awesome as a veggie wrap (hummus, thinly sliced veggies) and with organic meats & baby spinach yum, and i even found some organic sprouted corn…

day 2 week 3 of C25K, using the treadmill today. doing some mini workouts throughout the day. eating way to much today, crazy appetite lol promising myself not to buy any more frozen treats that are too easy to fix and eat, at least until i get to maintenance mode! allowing myself the leeway to enjoy my weekend coming up…

*W3D2* once again I opted for the treadmill for my C25K, i know why it is easier! mainly because i do not own a pair of decent headsets for my iphone and the darn earbuds fall out when i run on the street lol i am using a pair of NIKEFREE shoes which are SUPER COMFY and i added insoles from "The Walking Store" for another…
