Just returned from my cross country trek, stick in hand lol! I figure if a wild critter approacheth I can at least have an equalizer! 11,543 steps for a total of 4.7 miles so far today. room mate wants to head out to the nature gardens with me later on today :) more steps to come!

I made it back! today was a good one for stepping lol... 12,552 for me :)

Today I came close,...but alas! 8,400 steps and I am gonna call it good lol

It's the 6th and I walked 10,000 steps today. I really need a push to do so everyday so here it is, my perfect chance to be in a supportive group and be held accountable. Thanks for the invite! Cheers to you all and let's keep moving'!!!

I am not publicly posting photos or measurements however I will note T.I. ( total inches) here after measuring each week. Starting to think I should have done this as a blog instead. Think I will transfer over to one.

Weighing myself and taking body measurements today. I will use a cloth tape and measure both upper thighs, hips at their widest point, waist at my belly button level and both biceps. I will also archive some before photos for personal satisfaction !!!
