I just tried this--kundalini yoga yesterday, for the first time. very good and i really can't wait to do it again so i am gonna buy the dvd from gaiam. it's the dvd we used in the free class, and i will be able to do at home :) it's EXCELLENT! the instructor on the dvd is lovely, great voice, soothing and very professional…

HI! i do my main exercising (typically) first thing in the morning so i am able to grab some tea and H2o and go for it. they say that it is best for fat burn to go on "E" so that the workout actually burns what is already there (fat), instead of using the food we have just eaten as fuel? hhhmmm...i always wonder about…

here i am on day 2, week one of chubby jones podcast lol sooooooo much fun! really! i am liking it because i found a great track to run/walk it on and it's AWESOME:tongue: it is amazing to be able to get back into this again, i ran a 5k last summer and plan to do it again. who's with me? let's DO this thing:glasses:
