I eat every 3 hours...small portions key here, bring raw almonds or packets of the butter with you, raw organic food bars are about 200 calories each and taste great. best!:happy:

Wednesday check-in, hey all! today was awesome, took a nice 30 minute run on the beach, barefoot, the way I like it :wink: and it was fab,,, felt the burn for about 2 hours after that. Tomorrow back to the gym for some serious "spinning" and strength training as well, I am on track for my 3 days a week on the machines…

Gonna try this diet, most likely using a lot of the vegetarian choices along with fish and poultry. I have a goal to lose 5 pounds a month for the next 3 months.
