It's not a huge difference, and it's always the same distance so not sure why I burn more on the slower days.
-
5'8 I maintain between 135-140 at gross of 1900-2000 and a net of 1100-1300. I work out 5 days a week and burn about 800-900 each time.
-
The 2000 is a total for the day..not my net..my net would be 2000 minus 800-900
-
Well my goal is 1700 and then I exercise and burn 800-900 a day and then I only put in 60 minutes of workout which is about 560 calories burned so thats like 1000-1200 net monday-friday. Technically less since I don't count about 200-300 of the calories burned since I'm afraid to eat back all of the calories incase my…

No, not a possibilty! :)

I only eat 2000 on monday-friday when I work out and burn 800-900 calories working out
-
Well the only reason my husband said that was because I haven't gotten my period for the past 2 months. So he thinks I might not be eating enough.
-
^I get told that a lot. I think it's either because they aren't used to be being thin so it's just weird for them, or out of jealousy.
-
I'm 5'8 and my goal was 170, then 150 and now I'm at 135-140 maintaining.
-
2027 was IIFYM, scooby is 2151. What one do you use?
-
I just checked...it says 2027 for my TDEE
-
My TDEE says about 1900 something..I can't remember exactly. I run on the treadmill at 5.5-7.0 speed for 80 minutes 3 days a week and then 2 days I do a workout video that is 60 minutes a day and is cardio with some weights and then I run up and down my stairs for 25 minutes after that.
-
Yea, it's all really high. I'm wondering if I haven't been losing weight because I'm eating too little.
-
I did, but for the past 2 months I've been seeming to maintain at the 1240 so I don't know if 1740 like it says is way too high or why in 2 months I have stayed at the same weight.
-
I am 5'8 and 137 and just now starting to maintain and want to stay around 135-140. I am doing 1500 a day and I work out 80 minutes 5 days a week doing treadmill/bob harper workout dvds. Anyone have advice if 1500 is a good amount for me to maintain or should it be more or less??
-
Yea, I'm going to try eating 1700 a day for awhile and see what happens. My nutritionist said I was at 20% body fat and she didn't want me to lose anymore..but I really want to see that 137! I've gotten as low as 137.2 and that's it. I may sound annoying, I know..but it makes me concerned if eating at 1500 is really low…
-
I run 3 days a week and the other 2 I do a Bob Harper workout video which is cardio plus weights(not with the biggest loser people so it's super hardcore) When I add in my exercise calories, I leave out about 200 out of what it says, but maybe it is waaaay off so I'll go by what MFP says of how many calories I'd burn for…
-
I will try eating at 1700 a day, not counting in any exercise and see what happens. That's about 200-300 less a day about!
-
Also, when I do a quick add, it;s mostly when me and my husband have made something, and I add it after weighing, calculating and figuring out all the numbers, easier for me than making a recipe. It's a serious business! Goood thing my husband is a math guy cause I wouldn't be able to do it! haha

I wear the heart rate monitor every day. I've updated it. I never eat back all my exercise calories. I run for 74 minutes on the treadmill between 5.5-7.0. The treadmill says 1300, my heart rate monitor says 900 something and I always go by what MFP says, which is less than my monitor says. I also don't trust the monitor

I weigh my bananas, most times they are less than what it says, I NEVER eat more than what I log, I measure out my soup..most times it's actually less. I don;t add butter to my popcorn and I ALWAYS over estimate on what I eat. I'm a food logging/weiging nazi..trust me. I am not laxing on anything just because I've lost…

1969 with 5-6 days strenuous. That means you just eat that number a day and don't add in the exercise, right?
