  • you should look at High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) you should check out InsaneHomeFatLoss on youtube it's helped me a lot.
  • Switch up the workout (if you aren't already) even if it's only a little bit here and there, it will make a difference. Also, you should look at some HIIT workouts those will help a lot if you don't do them to often.
