For myself, Yea, large distances/times, personal record and achievements are the biggest determinations, but think sometimes a kudos goes a long ways to help push someone to keep it up that someone notices. Kind of nice to get the email.

Yea, picked biking back up last year and have really caught the bug. Got a nice Road Bike at the end of the season, and picked up a new Mountain Bike (29er hardtail) this spring and commute to work daily now. Such funa dn a great workout.

Yes, I love it. I use a Zephyr Hxm paired with Endomondo. https://zephyr-technology-corporation.webstorepowered.com/ There are others like Wahoo etc, But swear by my Zephyr and they deal in military and hospital equipment as well.
