New to the group
Hi everyone. Just thought I'd post a quick intro. No stranger to the plauges of the knee. Going through a bunch of testing on the right knee (which is an old injury from sports back in college) and also sporting a completely torn acl which is scarred in on the right. Saw the group and knew i had to join. =)

Question re: workout on same day as sports match
So I've been asked by one of my friend to come out a sub for the finals for volleyball. The match will be quite comptetive so will be sure to get a great workout.
