My Journey Thus far.

Well,
Time to take my own advise and celebrate the victories, this took a bit to get the courage up to do as I am a fairly shy and private person. Soooo here goes.
Bit of background. I played volleyball through college and sustained some knee injuries which helped me put on a bunch of weight. I was probably at around my heaviest around 255-260 when I got married in 2005'. Couple years ago my knees were feeling great and I lost a bunch of weight until I had my right knee relapse in August of 2011' and went back in for another surgery in Sept 2012. After reinjury weight crept back on and as of Feb 1, I was at 238 once again. Fast forward a couple months and I am down to 219, down to 22% Body Fat and training to ride in a 200 mile bike for cancer next year.
Left around 2006 at approx 250lb, Right around July 2012 Around 215lbs

I've definitely had to fight that is for sure. lol. My surgeon pretty much told me in January that all i'd be capable of is walking or swimming with a flutter kick and that I was destined for yet another surgery. Essentially left the office, went to my family doc who put me on some meds for the arthritis in my knee and the rest as you say is recent history.
