Welcome, Cara! Remember, destroy the binge/psychological eating and all else is easy!
-
Feel totally free to do so.

You'll be fine. It will take six weeks to really evaluate where you're at. And yes, sometimes you won't lose or the scale will go up. And yes, PCOS does complicate the weight loss process, but you'll tear right through it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOaDWVEeD5w

Way to go!!

Hey there! Yes, by all means, start a journal! It's a dang good idea!
-
Hi, Steph... Welcome!
-
Hi there, I'm glad my story has inspired you to take control. It's time to live! Yes, a diet drink is fine as a beverage. And coconut water should be fine. -Joe

You are right there, girl! So good to hear!
-
Keep journaling. You are doing fantabulous.
-
Thanks for sharing this! I love the Dunedin Study.
-
Welcome, E. Way to go! You've already broken into that next-level playing field of self-control and confidence. You keep right on going and you'll hit your goal! -Joe

Thanks so much for your kind words! You can totally own your weight and never struggle again, even though you don't have far to go at all.
-
Sounds great. You are well on your well to reshaping your life. And what you describe is part of the process. I love how open you are about your struggles. I know them well. Time will continue to make changes, and you'll continue to find peace.

You should be excited, and you should remember that fear of success is quite common. Just stay with it.

You low-carb OMAD. I would never dream of it. For me, higher carb foods make my brain work and feel better. I think you're simply going to have to back yourself into that uncomfortable little corner of "I need to get serious about this even when I don't want to." :-)

When you get to where you want to be, if you can remain there for four months, you'll tend to stay there. It's those early days of arriving at a new weight that you have to be mindful of staying there.

Perfection isn't required--just consistency! Just keep on going, sister! Keep on going!
-
You'll do great, Stacie. Onederland is not that far away!
-
Sure.

Welcome...to OMAD and to the OMAD Forums!

Good going.

I have to be super careful with coffee these days. Gets me too amped up and I seem to have some low blood sugar from it. But, watered down and with splenda, it can work in a pinch.
-
Excellent. That is a very good speed!
-
Hey, Will... Good to have you. Sounds like you've got it in the bag. Keep it up, buddy!
-
Hi, Dawn. You sound very level and ready for the long haul. You will do fine. Just don't get misaligned or discouraged. Let us know should you need any help. -Joe
-
Buddy, you are another inspiration that people can and do maintain. That's why I made you a group leader!
-
Great!

Well, first off, your success you cannot play with. The need to stick with something comes from inside you. You just decide you must do what you must do, which in this case is the need to follow the plan as I've laid it out. Second, you need the basic plan for fastest results. Strength-training and working out are not for…

Hi, Bobo. Welcome!

Alright!
