Very nice pic!

Good job! Time should be going by faster as you make progress. But yes, the first week is tough.
-
I think that's a very mature and balanced way to look at things.
-
Oh, you look so nice!
-
Nice!

Hi, Bobcat! Try doing a much smaller meal / plate for the first two weeks to more readily break yourself into burning fat quicker. Contrary to how it seems, this will make it easier for your body to switch to burning fat. Welcome!

Mmm, we don't have bduds. Looks divine! I have to wait until 7 to eat. That's my new mealtime.

No problem; and I can go on. It's really a form of cognitive dissonance. Every first thing you do feels like an uncertain step after the new phase begins. I totally get it. But you have no need to worry, my friend. No need at all.

It makes complete sense, Jim, and those feelings will be the hardest to cope with for a while. You feel like you will lose everything, but of course, you won't. Your aim should be to gradually increase intake and activity levels while putting less emphasis on the things you consume. It's right around the corner for you,…

I have no words, Jim...no words!

Looks so good!

Remember, if you do binge, just get right back on the plan. Don't feel like you have to punish your body for what you did. Seriously, just get right back on track.

Love it! Brenda is awesome!

Hi, Dwaipayan! Welcome!
-
I hit 210.07 lbs in 3 days of ravenous splurging! It can happen! Of course, I know I can knock it back off in the same amount of time.
-
Man, those tacos look good!!
-
Updated for the month.
-
I do, too! She is so pretty! You both are!
-
Welcome, Aarron! If you have gut issues, it can be normal. In a month of doing it, you'll have a better idea of how you will feel long-term.
-
You are already succeeding, but you will need to keep going. Work on eating less at the daily meal. Don't lose ground.
-
Real nice!

Hi Jen! Welcome!
-
And that, dear friend, is what makes OMAD awesome--and sustainable. Welcome aboard...and you're welcome!
-
It's not ideal lighting, but it's a start.
-
Love those pics, Jim.

I do try, although a busy schedule has me skimming or missing some. Bronchitis can be tough to get over. As a big guy, I went to the hospital multiple times a year for it. Strict OMAD will whip it, although it will still take time.

Turns out, this was something else. But in just two days of distilled water, I feel super!
-
Yes!
-
Oh I'm not even trying. it's just a nice side affect! Maintaining is effortless. This was/is a cleanse. And now, it's just fun! I'm also doing distilled water and I don't think I will go back.

Welcome, Kat!
