No minimum. Just adjust to you.

Rate of loss varies too much. I can tell you mine was 2.4 to 3.6 pounds per week, but 1.5 to 2.3 tends to be, if my feet were to the fire, an average for both sexes. It has been said that a loss of no more than 2.2 lbs per week is your best bet not to have loose skin. But it is really not difficult to hit 2.0+ lbs loss per…

Nice!

Hi, Thad. Welcome!

One word of warning, Jim...you are by now getting the big dividends you want. And I can tell you're loving every minute of it. But be extremely cautious as you come out of the fast and retreat a bit back into the serene, more relaxed (dare I say, cautious?) headspace and go VERY slow on your re-feeding. You are peaking, so…

Pretty--and what's more, confident! :)

It's the fasting insulin that is still too high in your body that is making it so hard. Gotta allow for some more time and consistency to get your body to scale back on the expectation of lots of food. It will come.

Hey there, Welcome!

:) :) :)

My most difficult day has always been day-3. But man, Jim, you have taken to this like a friggin' fish to water!

Remember, some do terribly on low-carb diets (I certainly do). Try the opposite approach.

Doing meatless OMAD, you would indeed need a LOT of food, including nuts, seeds, and oils. I vary my routines, but sometimes, a meatless week is refreshing to me.
-
Not if you keep consistent. To see weight loss, you should be hungry sometimes.

Click the OMAD REVOLUTION link at the top and click "Create" to your right and you can create your topic.

You cannot spot-reduce. It's a fact. You can increase muscle mass, but that will not look as good because of the body composition which remains over the muscle in the area. That leaves going to a much lower percentage of body fat or surgery. Of course, it depends how much of an issue it is for you. The reason that happens…

Welcome, all.

Nice!!

Don't get bummed. You are still losing. And don't water-fast too long since your goal is still primarily weight loss. You need normalcy for the times ahead when you won't be fasting. You've now got to start thinking ahead to those days. And give yourself credit. I remember around the same weight dropping to .8 lbs to a lb…

I haven't posted it yet, but will in a day or so. ;-)

Yes and no. Straight fasting will still be tough since you will have to forego the OMAD meal, albeit slightly less tough than if you ate three squares a day. Keep in mind, you probably don't need to do anything longer than a 7-day fast--and that only if you have some plaguing health issues that won't go away. The OMAD fast…

Good job.

It's interesting that, just after doing a video on not being afraid of extra-low calories, that I read this! Don't be afraid of going below 1,000 for a period of time. You are shrinking your stomach and providing for time to experiment as the months go by (when you will gradually add back to your meal size).
-
Longest I have done is 10.
-
Super, my friend. Next, you will be going for a 5-day.
-
Gotta give up the alcohol with the exception of 1 glass at the meal, my friend. Else, you will gain-gain-gain.
-
Wow. I had a friend dare me in high school to try to press just the bar 100 times. I failed. 1000 I can't even imagine!
-
I very much am, thanks for asking.
-
Ah lol. I forgot about the overseas rendering of dates and times. Not sure how.
-
Dang.

I just do mine with a few Splenda packets. Sorry. I'm no help! lol
