Totally true. We guys see (for me) the hair, the frame (above and below), the arms and shoulders, the eyes, etc. But especially al natural types like me...I'm like, hey, just bring me a confident woman who loves herself and I'm THAT much closer to digging her!

Hmm...you know, I really don't know. I suppose four or five months. It was, in great degree, a decision, a change of disposition, a deep-down acknowledgement that my good time with loved ones was just not dependent on what was eaten. That's all I can say.

Hi, Yes, there is nothing wrong with maintaining a wider window. Lots of people do it (Linda does it here - ask her about it). You have to find yourself and your rhythm and you will get momentum and feel great!

You are doing fine. You'd feel uncomfortable if there was trouble. Add in black beans and march fiberous stuff if you get worried. I averaged on straight-up OMAD loss between once every three days and once a day, varyingly. For a while, just make some toilet time so that you won't worry.
