It went very well. I still get a little nerve pain in my foot if there is any impact in my workouts (it goes away after the workout), and my back gets a little stiff from time to time. Even so, I am functioning so much better that it doesn't even bother me.

After having a recurrent fissure for the past few years, I had good luck with Miralax. After a month or so of daily use, I can now go without it if I get plenty of dietary fiber (not Metamucil) in throughout the day. I agree. I am worried that people who blew me off when I gained weight will try to come back into my life after I lose weight. It's so insulting because I will be the same person.
