Went through my drawer of things I bought that were too small at the time and all of them either fit or are too big for me now!

Exactly what loads of other people have said here, you need to change your mind set with or without surgery and if you're going to do that anyway, you'll likely be able to lose the weight without it.

As with emdeesea's comment, you aren't going to lose weight by not exercising and not watching what you eat, it doesn't work that way. I can appreciate you wanting an easy way out but you've got to remember: Nothing worth having comes easy.

I had the same issue recently, I cleared it up with: Stool softeners twice a day Increased Vegetable Intake Increased Fibre Intake Hope that helps.

There's nothing wrong at all with counting every calorie you eat, hell that's the entire basis of this website and it's full of people (including myself) who have been successful losing weight that way.

I lie and say I've stopped now because people keep give me worrying looks when I say I'm still dieting, as if they can't see the flabby stomach I still have yet to lose!

This. Okay you might have a bit more trouble getting on the piece of equipment that you like for a little while but we all had to start somewhere once and this is their time to start.

Turmeric is a great mood enhancer that has also had results in reducing certain types of cancer cells! I put it on some of my food just for the former, the latter is a bonus lol

Get a yoga mat and like others have said, watch youtube videos. You can do things like: - Lunges - Squats - Planks - Push Ups - Bridging - Star Jumps Anything like that really.

From what I've seen it's very intense and can cause joint pain in your knees and ankles if done wrong, but if done right and kept to has amazing results!

Yeah I have had a desk job for the last 8 years or so and thats when I put on most of my weight. Even though I go to the gym three times a week, I set my activity level as sedentary and let my fitbit work out any calories burned above sedentary for the day.

I have the fitbit flex and love it, I feel like an idiot if I leave the house without it.

I disagree with people who say that addiction isn't a real thing. I still think about food every second of every day despite my self control that has allowed me to lose 75lbs.

I go when I can. Straight from work a couple of nights in the week and early morning sundays. It's all about routine, no matter what time of the day it is as long as you can stick to it in the long run.
