Thanks for the help everyone, for now I'll stick with my old scale. After positioning the scale as best as I could by using a known weight (a dumbell) and increasing my calories a bit and doing a bit more exercise this week, I was finally able to see a new number on the scale today.

You should eat your exercise calories. If you eat below/burn too many calories you'll go into starvation mode and your body will feed on your muscles. It's better to lose weight slower than to lose your muscles and starve yourself.

Lentils, cheese and oats.

Perhaps it is your intake of macro nutrients. Try to eat less carbs and more protein. Maybe your body was feeding on your muscles so your metabolic rate could have gone done.

I agree with everything except the walk. A 10 minute walk still counts. ANY exercise IS exercise. It is better than no exercise at all and every bit of exercise counts. It is OK to log those exercises.

I'm 18, trying to lose 22 lbs and are halfway there. Do you want me to add you ?

I eat like that too. I eat all my food for the day before 10 am and I don't eat until the next day.

Jane, your comment has now inspired me to do the crunches every day, thank you. Try doing 10 crunches a day. Baby steps will eventually help you be able to do about 50-100 a day.
