Sounds like you SHOULD be losing considering how little you eat and how much you exercise. This probably sounds weird coming from someone who's 300lbs but I have a hard time eating sometimes too because I think I'm not really hungry. Probably cravings. There are so many things (fast food and restaurant items of course pfft lol) that I used to eat sooo much that just do not fit anymore. I liked how active the site was. I used SparkPeople in the past when I tried to lose weight but I like the MFP community and tools better. Plus when I used to Google stuff about weight loss and fitness, something from MFP allllllways came up. Figure that must mean there was something good here and I was right.
