It depends on what time you go to bed. I've read that you shouldn't eat 2-3 hours before bed. I'm really bad at following this since I usually have a snack after dinner, but on times that I have cut off eating earlier, the scale does read lower....whether that's just food in my stomach or actual weight, I'm not sure.…
