I followed a low carb diet once, under 100g a day for almost 11 months and felt great. BUT my hair did thin quite a bit. That was the only draw back for me.

Haha okay, thanks everyone! The only thing I consume with it in it is the jam and I usually have less than a serving, which is one tbsp. I'm not really a fan of crapping my pants, so I will probably stay away from it in the future!. :) Thanks again!

I don't know if it's right or wrong, but I only weigh what I eat. I will weigh my fruit before as it is, and then after peeling it and removing the core, or pit, I will weigh it again. There is a huge difference sometimes, so I only log what I actually consume.
