I am 5'5", my current weight is 132 lbs, my dream weight is 115 but depending on how much lean muscle I gain, the actual number on the scale may matter less and less as I start to like how lean and toned my body becomes. (because I hear muscle weighs more than fat)

No joke, I thought Santa and Jesus were best friends and they lived in the moon together. I also thought baby's came out of your stomach I believed in the tooth fairy until like 5th grade. I too thought cars could fly if they jump off curbs hard enough.

I bring two pieces of Dave's Killer Bread (60 calories each organic whole grain) and two egg whites (you can have the whole egg if you choose to) to work and it keeps me full until lunch. Hope this helps!

The majority of runners I've ever talked to are able to run a mile in between 7-9 minutes, so I thought I was slow.
