Haha my problem is that my determination comes in waves.. I get super motivated and give 110% and then something breaks and I fall straight to 0% just like that. This is a tool to help keep that motivation.

Bump! Anyone? I started at 150 and dropped almost immediately to 138 then stuck there forever. After my break I weighed in at 133 but after a vacation I'm back up again.

I work out next to a mirror so I can check my form often and I am always trying to keep it in, not pushed out.

5-6 times a WEEK oops! haha I'm doing the insanity program so I'm trying to follow the workout plan they have made up. And I find it hard being a vegetarian to get the insanity recommended 40% protein into my diet without all the shakes. :/

I know it's frustrating. I was the same exact weight from January to late july. All of a sudden now, I've started to see a drop. I took a small break from calorie counting (I eat very clean, though) and went back to it recently and I dropped almost immediately. If your routine is the same, I think your body gets used to it…

I work at a place that has a scale (meant to weigh dogs but..) and it's super accurate so I can't help myself but weigh every time I work. I also weigh whenever I go to the gym.. I don't have a scale at home so it kinda makes me excited when there is one haha

My sister sews so I have her take them in or I dry them a bunch to shrink them haha I'm so cheap I dread buying new clothes!

I always do cardio last in my workouts. I find that if I do it first, I'm too worn out for anything else.

I usually do anywhere from 30min to 1.5hr of cardio 5-6x a week and I do strength training for 10-45min 5x a week. I need to start swimming again cause I'll be life guarding this year (part of why I'd like to be in shape!) When I run I do intervals since I can't run for a long time. And I bike for no less than an hour…
