I don't drink enough to make much of a difference, but I'll join in for support!! FYI if anyone is having trouble with drinking or staying sober, AA meetings are the way to go. Treatment is essential!

I do it after only because my tummy gets upset if I drink it before... I'm doing insanity too!!

I just did insanity which is max interval training and LOVED it! Gonna definitely keep it up. Personally I think it makes things constantly interesting because you're not doing the same thing the whole time. I lost about the same weight I have been, but noticed a lot more definition.

I know this isn't the place for it, but I work out 6 days and that day of rest is crucial, otherwise your muscles will hold on to water all the time because they don't get a day of recovery. And it stems from a childhood of being rail thin and everyone trying to 'feed' me lol I still have that mentality of EAT EVERYTHING it's terrible

I find that if you tackle things one at a time, it's makes everything easier and less scary haha I also find that when I take things one at a time, I focus more on meeting my goals and they actually stick with me after I meet them!
