hmmm ihv joined since may didnt actually lose and didnt diet...been busy with my lil kid... started controling my cals this month and eventually started loosing.. anyway..i will follow MFP rules.. it helped me losing 13 lbs.. it will help in future but i hv a lot to lose...im scared of raising my goals to 1400 cals

agreed but personally.. i think when we change our eating habbits a nd exercise.. that in itself is a lifestyle change which eventually leads to a healthier happier you so thats a step.. towards a happy life :heart:

:noway: friend shd hv been supportive do they know u r trying to lose? make it clear to them that they must support and not tempt u and u did great....i encouner same problem very often..and its really hard to say noooooooooooooooooooooooooo but it will be worth it after all :drinker:

hmmm :grumble: :noway: im quite new at this stuff but i think if we measure just once in 2 weeks and on the day of measurements we try 3 to 4 times during the day.. no matter what we ate or did not eat it would give the idea and i agree measuring inches is better than scale :glasses:

hi MFPs :flowerforyou: i recently heared that protein intake can boost our metabolic rate so i started taking a cup of milk in bf and today i saw it has 267 cals... what a turn off how can a small tiny cup contain so many cals.. these r user submitted cal info so im not sure if thts right.. plz help..shd i keep dirinking…

hi ppl :drinker: im lil confused here. i hv been looking for caloric count in whole wheat flour and problem is that no where there is the same info some sites say 1 cup is 182 gms.. while i measured it is an exact 110 gms some sites say 1 cup has 300 cals some say i cup has 151 and some say 115 gosh i donno what to do :huh:
